Found in Sky Chests as a kind of half joke, half serious weapon. It resembles those inflated tube men found at like car dealerships or something.

The Flail of the Tube Man has an extraordinary long range, and is activated like a launched flail (think like the Flairon, KO Cannon, or Golem Fist) rather than a swung one (think the Mace or Sunfury as an example). It pierces 2 enemies, but deals almost no knockback and overall low damage. It does attack fast, though.

The name is a pun on “wacky inflatable arm flailing tube man” in Family Guy

I'd like to point out ðat Family Guy did not invent ðe Wacky Waving Inflatable Flailing-Arm Tube Man, it just popularized it. Same case wiþ Surfin' Bird. But i agree ðat it would make a great sentry weapon.
