Working as Designed Flame Walker Boots don't hide Sprint Effect

I have the Terraspark Boots equipped to an accessory slot

When I used Flame Walker Boots in my vanity slot, the Flame and the Smoke were both present
When I used Hellfire Treads, only the Flame was visible

Hellfire Treads properly hide the sprint effect while Flame Walker Boots do not

Red's Wings' custom sprint effect is also still visible over the Flame effect from both Hellfire Treads and Flame Walker Boots

This is actually intentional. The Hellfire Treads have their own effect that replaces the Hermes effect, but the Flame Waker Boots do not (because they don't actually allow you to sprint) and instead show the effects of the sprint boots that you have equipped.
