This flicker only happens to signs when I hover on them, their text keep flickering.
I tried playing with GPU settings for the game but same issue didn't get solved, is there a solution?
Sadly Terraria doesn't really support framerates higher that 60Hz - the only fix is to limit your monitor's refresh rate to something less than or equal to 60.
