Floating Lake Too Low For Sky Stuff?

It's a large world (PC version) and the lake is at 600 elevation, Surface it says. Probably wasted my time building a protected fishing hole there, huh. Does it have to be in Space? What elevation is necessary? Thanks.

The wiki says this:
  • The minimum height for Sky fishing in all world sizes is higher than that for generating floating lakes. Because of this, a floating lake can be generated too low to be counted as Sky, and will only yield surface fish and crates.

If you can do fishing quests enough to get a Bottomless Water Bucket, you could build your own a little higher.
