I would like to propose that similar to how the new Capricorn vanity set can change from feet to tail, that Flower Boots can be toggled between the following modes:
1. Pure vanity mode - Similar to the Flame Walker boots, they create a trail of purely cosmetic flowers that fade or pop after a while and the effect CAN be seen even while in the Vanity Slot. (Think Amaterasu from Okami's trail of flowers while she runs around)
2. Standard mode - The current way they work, creating actual flowers on valid surfaces but does nothing in Vanity slots except change the shoe sprites.
