Maxwell keeps apologizing for what happened. I can't blame him, there is no way Pengy could have resisted having that sprung on him like that. I'm just glad one of them made it, at least.
I plucked some Deathweed today, and hid it in my Warren. It keeps for a while, so I thought it would be good in an emergency.

The snow has started to melt. I saw another Bunny as well today, proving that winter is ending. Eating the Shiverthorn is getting uncomfortable, so I just go without now... I can bear a little shivering.
I also saw the Green Slimes come back. One of them almost seemed to glare at Maxwell, despite not having eyes... I don't think they have forgiven him for the one he killed.
Maxwell saw too. He didn't seem to mind... I hope he forgives himself soon.
