NPCs & Enemies (For hardcore players) 1.4.5 idea: merchant selling recall potions

You can say these potions are useless because you have magic mirror. But it's made specially for hardcore players because they are much faster. If he sells lesser potions why wouldn't he sell recall? You can say that they can be crafted out of fish or gotten by another way. But lesser healing and mana potions can be too. It can be kinda expensive for being balanced if you're wondering. Just for time saving. Underground can be dangerous especially in hardmode especially on legendary difficulty.
This also can be exclusive for hardcore mode like NPCs' tombstones or aviators were.
 
Devs will make Recall Potion's crafting recipe easier. But I also agree, won't be much of a gamechanger.
But devs should turn off shimmer decomposition of this potion then.
 
i dont think you realize just how many of these you get from chests and pots

i will guarantee you that even if the merchant sells them for 1 copper coin, you will NEVER need to buy them

something tells me you are going to have much much much more problems than getting Recall potions

Also you are going to have a lot less ground to backtrack on, and you will just craft a magic mirror if you absolutely have to...
