NPCs & Enemies Foraging NPC

This NPC can be hired at a cost of gold to go out and gather a specified material over a period of time. THe more gold you spend the more of the material they will bring back, but it will also take longer. Any materials they gather they will hold in their 'shop' inventory until you take it.

Ex. Coral, amber, iron, etc.

This would be handy for boring- tasks! Just a quick thing- would it be just naturally generated stuff? (Like I couldn't hire them to get me celestial fragments or something later in the game)
In addition- are they tier locked? I.e. can't get Demonite until you've mined some? Or alternatively, you give them some of the item you want harvested?

Other than the the uncertainty with these details, I like the premise of the idea!

you shouldn't get certain things like that

I don't think an NPC would be able to mine above a certain material anyway

my thought is the NPC is just for tedious restocking of essentials like coral, certain herbs, amber and gemstones, etc.
