Hello, I am looking for any advice figuring out what is wrong with my game being stuck on found server when I try to host and play.
Backstory- I got a new PC and began installing steam/terraria, I moved my character and world via the cloud and it successfully moved everything, as single player works fine. My wife and I have been playing on this world together for the last 2 weeks and there has been no issues. With the new pc I can connect to any she hosts but I cannot host myself.
things I have tried(but willing to try again!)
- reinstalls of steam/terraira
-port 7777 (although I don’t know why it would work for one Pc and not the other on the same network.
-the .net 3 and 4 fix.
-I don’t have blue stacks
-I attempted to host the world by my ip using the sever launcher in the local files.
I think that is all. Please help!!
