Mobile Friends cant connect to PC hosted mobile server

I was trying to host a terraria mobile server with the console client and it works fine for me. I can connect to it with my Ipod 6th gen fine locally and manually but when my friend tries to join it just says "Connecting to (IP)". How do i fix this

Are you sure that you’ve port forwarded correctly? You can check here: Open Port Check Tool - Port Forwarding Port Check Tool
