Secret World Seed "From behind" seed

MrD108

Official Terrarian
This seed reverses gameplay progress.

1. The character starts in a world with Hallow as the starting evil.
2. The first town NPC is a princess.
3. The nerfed Slime Queen replaces the Slime King during slime rain and at the edges of the world.
4. Weakened Twins replaces the Eye of Cthulhu as the first night boss.
5. In the Hallow biome there are worm caves where we summon a weakened Destroyer.
6. The Temple replaces the Dungeon in the world generation, and to enter we must defeat the Virused Cyborg, who turns into a weakened Skeletron Prime.
7. The nerfed Moon Lord replaces Wall of Flesh as the Hardmode blocking boss.
8. After entering Hardmode, both Crimson and Corruption appear in the world.
9. Dungeon replaces Jungle Temple during world generation.
10. Gel Crystal now summons an empowered King Slime.
11. Most Hardmode enemies replace pre-hardmode enemies, and pre-hardmode enemies spawn in Hardmode.
12. The Pirate Invasion appears in place of the Goblin Invasion. The Flying Dutchman remains a Hardmode Boss as the Goblin Warlock counterpart.
13. Empowered Wall of Flesh is the final boss and his body spans the entire height of the world.

And more.

I have a few more ideas/additions, mainly about ore swapping:

  • Copper Pickaxe replaces Cobalt Pickaxe. Ore and pickaxe system is completely swapped snd nerfed, with Cobalt and Palladium replacing Copper and Tin, Orchicalcum and Mithril replacing Iron and Lead, Adamantite and Titanium replacing Gold and Platinum, Hallowed Bars replacing Demonite and Crimtane Bars, Chlorophyte replacing Hellstone.
  • The Moon Lord does not drop Luminite
  • Chlorophyte pickaxes in this seed will only be able to mine Copper, like how Hellstone pickaxes will only be able to mine Cobalt. From there, things go as usual, with a Platinum/Gold pickaxe in this seed being able to mine Meteorite (Meteorite is buffed in this seed). Hellstone replaces Luminite as the end-game ore.

can't replace ore progression because the copper tools are made when the player is created, not the world

Couldn't the game just automatically swap these for cobalt after entering the world? Copper tools in an old world would simply be converted to cobalt tools in that world. This would be like how Don't Dig Up swaps over weapon progression, except that there also is a new sprite. I don't think that'd be super hard.

Additionally, ores themselves would also swap each other in these worlds. This would prevent a player from accessing cobalt and other Hardmode ores early-on via shimmer, which would be overpowered.
