You need Spectral armor (Healer), Razorblade Typhoon, Celestial Emblem, Sorcerer Emblem, Destroyer Emblem. Use some Mana Poisons.
Shoot down with the Razorblade Typhoon until Pumpkin/Ice Queen appears. When they do, shoot up.
You must make platforms above the lava, because all the items can get burned. You can use traps.
