Weapons & Equip Frostguard Shield

I would make a detailed explonation on why I think this is a great idea, but I don't need to. While the Hand Warmer may be a little irrelevant, the Paladin's Shield and the Frozen Turtle Shell mixes together so well that I'm surprised that there isn't a combo of them both in-game yet.

I decided to add the hand warmer to it because it currently has no tinkers and it fits thematically. This is assuming the hand warmer doesn't get crammed into the Ankh Shield; if that happens then I'd be fine removing it, but as it stands it's a way to add use to an item that had none before.
