Xbox One Game crashes I'm certain areas/biome changes???

Someone please help me. I've just been trying to play casually but when I leave my house, the game will freeze and crash. Dunno what it is but it's really making the game unplayable as one of the areas is right where my chest room is...someone help...?

Update. Seems to be almost anywhere near the ground and it'll crash .
