PC Game crashes on startup

The game gives me this crash report everytime i try to start the game:

I've tried reinstalling about 3 times, deleting the game folder in documents and it still doesn't work. I tried verifying the game files and still doesn't do anything.
 
Could you launch TerrariaServer.exe located in your install directory and screenshot the message that appears there? Upload the screenshot somewhere I can see it.
