Resolved Game freezes on startup

Hello, so I recently went back to vanilla terraria to mess around with config file but after I finished updating the game and tried to launch the game it would just freeze on the Relogic screen. When it freezes it doesn't crash and just stays stuck frozen making me have to restart my PC every time. I've tried almost everything I could find but nothing has worked so far. If anyone could help that would be greatly appreciated
