Xbox One Game won't fit screen!

Please patch something to make game fit screen. I got a new XBOX ONE X, nice hd tv, and i can't even see the mana hearts, 'cause game doesn't fit the screen. Isn't it possible to fix this? Feels broken otherwise. I love this game.

I had some screen fitting problem, but on ps4. Can't say if is the same of yours, but I checked the video settings of my console and resolved the problem. I know it might seem something obvius, but I just figured it out just after 100 hours in the game
