GAme wont start (Steam)

Hello, i bought terraria 2 days ago and it wont start. There is no problem with my pc (it can run this game). When i click on "play" the button changes to "stop game" but nothing happens.
It happened a while ago with Read Dead 2 Online and there was a "Licence Problem" but steam cant fix it. Can you you pls help me.

Hello @rambotiger739, I'm sorry to hear you're having issues.

Could you please try and run TerrariaServer.exe from your Terraria installation directory (you can get there easily by right-clicking Terraria in your Steam Library and selecting Manage -> Browse local files)? If it shows an error, could you please post it here?
