He picks up the two corpses... But drops them, as a loud noise comes from the volcano...
It's really erupting now.
Lava flows down the side nearest to the town, which is quickly destroyed.
Generic Protagonist: "...The graveyard will probably be destroyed by the eruption. Let's toss the corpses into the lava; it's basically the same fate that every other corpse here will be meeting."
"Wait. There are toxic gases that come from lava."
"Smell Good!"
The toxic gases are no longer toxic; now they smell good instead of being lethal.
"...I'm out of Generic Magic Energy now."

Generic Protagonist: "No; that was an illusion; summoned by Blue Dwarf when he was possessed."
