They are stationary enemies and fling poo boulders at you. (They are basically sentries and are quite tanky with high health and defense)
They drop an accessory which reduces damage from traps by 50%.
In No Traps and GFB Seeds they spawn twice as often and their projectiles are twice as damaging...
