Give me a good pre plantera summoner build that could really work

I need some kind of setup that works in master mode

I have a setup that could for post-mechanical bosses summoners. Setup: Hallowed Armor with Hood (27 defense + Holy Dodge buff), A good pair of wings, terraspark boots, summoner emblem, Pygmy necklace, and berserker’s glove (summoner whips gain benefits from the glove as the whip can be deployed faster, automatic deployment of the whip and for running warding on all accessories including the glove, even more defense.)

As for summoning weapons, the sanguine staff (despite it’s double hit nerf), the optic staff, the spider staff (can’t summon more than 3 because each spider attacks roughly 3 times per second, so the 4th, 5th, and 6th spiders attacking an enemy will not be able to hit at the same rate as the first 3. Only 6 spiders can attack an enemy simultaneously.), Pirate Staff (but you will need to have a lot of horizontal platforms in an arena deployed so that the pirates can have a place to stand on and jump up the next platform on top of them so they can continually dish out damage against Plantera), and lastly, the blade staff (despite it’s low damage, it’s 25 armor penetration mitigates this problem and with a good arena, a fast whip, good accessories and armor, this can make a difference against Plantera.) For whips, definitely the firecracker (better paired with pirate staff), cool whip, and then, the durendal (enough said).

Cool cool i'll use it in my for the worthy world. Also nobody uses pirate staff

Used cursed flames or ichor flasks for extra DPS if using whips. They apply to them

A while ago I beat get fixed boi (on legendary) as summoner (this was on latest patch), this is what I used for plantera (iirc):
hallowed armour (with hood obviously)
bee/butterfly/bat/flame wings (jetpack works too), amphibian boots, shield of cthulhu, worm scarf, star veil, pygmy necklace, summoner emblem (all warding)
for weapons I used the optic staff, durendal, and cool whip (fairly sure I used a bit of snapthorn as well, but that's a bit overkill)
blade staff is also good, probably replace summoner emblem with charm of myths if using it

if you don't want to whip stack (switch between whips to apply their buffs and tag damage) you only need durendal (though don't use blade staff if not whip stacking)

for buffs use flask of ichor (very important, can buy crimson seeds from dryad in graveyard if in corruption world), any well fed buff (ideally exquisitely stuffed), bewitching table, ironskin, regeneration, endurance, summoning, lifeforce (optional, but helps a bit), campfire, heart lantern, and maybe ale (for the speed buff for whips, though it is -4 defence)
I also like featherfall potion (but it's not for everyone)
obsidian skin is actually a pretty good potion for the plantera fight with the right arena, as covering the bottom of the arena with lava (and using minecart tracks instead of platforms) prevents monsters from spawning in the arena

I'll use it, though I suck at whip stacking

whip stacking is not at all required honestly, just durendal with blade staff will be fine.
if you aren't on PC, don't bother with whip stacking
if you want advice for how to whip stack (on PC), what I like doing is putting any whips I have on the 1,2, and 3 slots in my hotbar as those are the easiest to switch to via number keys (I've recently started using the 4 key as well for 4 whips, but for most of the game you won't be stacking more than 2-3 whips)
(also you need to have the autofire setting turned on or use feral claws/upgrades)

Im on mobile, so ill just practice whip stacking:)

how easy is it to switch between hotbar slots on mobile?
if it's at all difficult (takes more than half a second), I wouldn't bother with whip stacking as you probably lose damage

If you have at least one finger on the mobile analog stick its somewhat possible and with skill you could successfully whip stack(or I could just remap the buttons to make it whip stack friendly)

Optic Staff with Firecracker + (support) Durendal is your best bet for DPS. Blade Staff with three whips is a little faster but that realistically doesn't apply to the average player. Use Hallowed Armor. If you can only use one whip, then solo Durendal is probably the best pick. Moon Stone is a great accessory you should get, too.

I'll try and yoink myself a moon stone then
