Right now the Golf Cart is effectively a retextured unicorn/horse. So I think it should be more unique:
- There’s now acceleration and deceleration, as opposed to currently hovering at full speed and going full stop instantly.
- The car can tilt 45 degrees when you’re driving on a slope, while also getting faster. You can make ramps and do stunts with this.
- Jumping works like there are springs on the wheels (the suspension), which actually pushes the car up and not just an animation.
- Jumping also takes account for booth wheels (i.e. if there’s a wheel in the air and a wheel on a block, the wheel on a block pushes the car up from its position, which may flip the car upside-down).
- The car isn’t damageable. However, with its dynamic physics, the kinetic energy (from hitting a wall at insane speeds for example) could bounce you out to unwanted places. Just makes the mount overall quirky.
- If the car gets flipped upside-down completely and couldn’t move, you can simply dismount and mount back up.
- You can do air-rolls mid air, pretty self-explanatory.
- And finally, you can possibly do wheelies.. it’s a possible feature because of the dynamic physics, but it could be hard to achieve given that you can’t try to “air-roll” on the the ground.
I know this idea is a bit too ambitious, I’m not even sure if the game’s old engine can handle such thing haha. Also I wish I could give an animation or something to showcase, but I’m not an artist so use your imagination.. picture it like Hill Climb (that mobile game) type of physics, or Happy Wheels.
