Good pc for modded terraria

Any pc? I mean if you have too many mods you may need a beefy computer but you should be able to run terraria at steady 60 fps on a 300€ pc.
 
You mostly need ram and a dual core processor really. 8gb of ram is the best bet, you can then use the tmodloader 64 which utilizes 8 gbs of ram as opposed to the miniscule 4gb the 32 bit uses. Other than that you really don't need some super saiyan computer really.
 
For running Modded Terraria, I expect a 400$ PC from Lenovo with Ryzen 5 3500 (effective 4-core CPU), Vega 8 (one of the most decent integrated GPUs, Intel should've been making their iGPUs as powerful as this) and 4GB of RAM, but you should upgrade it to 8GB+ of RAM.

You needn't a beefy computer, just a 3.0+GHz CPU + GPU like GT 1030 or RX 550 or higher. 8GB RAM recommended
But anyway, if you want to play in multiplayer with your friends, it will gonna be a crap, cuz you will experience fps drops due to projectiles (such mods like Calamity, Elements Awoken etc. have several weapons that throws too much projectiles/sec) + hosting a server loads your pc greatly.
