1.3.1 is the major wiring update including Logic Gates and many new kinds of sensors.
1.3.2 is the Party Update, which didn't actually do too much except make the party girl slightly more useful and also let us see what the Nurse's hair looks like without her normal hat. :D
1.3.3 is the Desert Update, which added Sandstorms, a whole lot of new desert items, and improved Blizzards. Also gave a heat distortion effect to the Desert during the day and Hell.
1.3.4 is the Old One's Army Update, which added a major event that can be fought at three different parts of the game for different loot, and also improved water.
1.3.5 added new languages (Portuguese and Chinese) and some vanity items like Leinfors'/Arkhalis' Dev Sets as well as crystal furniture and golden chests.
