I found a bug with the guidecs dialogue where he will say "<housing>" when using the help button. This seems to always appear after he says two people can not live in the same house. In the small amount of testing I did this only seems to happen of newer worlds where there are a small amount of NPCs and it does not seem to matter how many houses there are. This also only seems to happen pre-hardmode.

I always thought that was just a halfhearted attempt by the devs at sorting the dialogue.

I did a bit more research, this happens when the merchant and nurse are not present. This happens when he should be giving advice on assigning housing to NPCs.

I was just talking to the guide in journey mode and this happened (first time looking through his help tab)
