Hallow spwan in jungle

Fight mechanical boss, get steampunker, put her house in hallow, buy blue solution and use clentaminator to convert whatever area you want into a hallow
Edit: Assuming your hallow counts as a actual hallow biome
 
What I did when this happened was just mine a bunch of pearlstone in the underground hallow and create an artificial biome on the surface with those.
