I didn't see a price change anywhere I looked. The % though I did see. Everywhere I look it is 9.99. hmm... must be an odd glitch or something, unsure.

Not sure. Never checked the Canadian price before. That said, at current exchange rates, you are actually getting an even better deal ($9.99 = $11.42 Canadian).

In Mexico we have a cheaper price than USA dollars. Steam now show the prices in your local money.
