Has there been anything shown from Terraria 2?

Apparently back in 2012 it was mentioned Terraria 2 was in devolopment, has there even been any screenshots or anything said about it in the last 9+ years?

As for Terraria 2, I haven't heard anything, but reading the thread above, it was mentioned that they announced development of T:OW too early, and that in future they would only announce new developments once they are in the latter stages. If they have T2 in the works, they will likely be keeping quiet about it.

I don't think terraria 2 will come out as I have heard re-logics next game isn't to do with terraria.
 
Closest thing we had to Terraria 2 is Otherworld. Other than that, Terraria 2 will not be a thing.
