Resolved Have the various Grass Seeds behave like Staff of Regrowth when using smart cursor

Currently they behave like placing blocks which isn't useful at all.

EDIT: Oops, this was fixed in 1.4.4.8. It wasn't working properly in 1.4.4.7 when I tried.
