Having Trouble Downloading TEdit 3.5

Hey fellow Terrarians!

So I have been an avid player of Terraria on PC for a quite a while now. I have never felt the need to post in these forums, or join any discussions up to this point, but I have come across an issue that I have been unable to figure out. I recently discovered the existence of the TEdit tool in which a player can basically create worlds in a program that is similar to microsoft paint. This sounded pretty awesome, so I decided to try to download the program. But I have encountered a problem. Whenever I try to download TEdit from the following link, (http://www.binaryconstruct.com/games/tedit/) it simply brings me to a blank page with the URL of http://adf.ly/1187744/tedit3latest and I can't seem to figure out what to do. I have attached a screenshot of the page that the download link brings me to. I have also tried to download the program through Mozilla Firefox. I have even tried to download it after disabling my ad blocker, and my virus protector. I have no idea what to do and was curious if someone could help me!

This is neither a Terraria issue (aka this is in the wrong subforum) nor a TEdit issue (as the link works fine for most other people).

We'll need more information to help you. Are you able to view other adfly links (such as this, which just links to these forums)? Are you able to view frames on other sites?

I apologize for posting in the wrong section. I wasn't quite sure if I was in the correct section in the first place. But it seems I am also unable to view the link you posted above.
