There's a bandage covering a cavity in his head due to how you fight the Brain of Cthulhu in-game.

But he shouldnt have bandage on corruption world

Not really. This was from like a year ago. I'm much more skilled than how I was when I created these sprites, plus I was trying to mock the Terraria pixel art style which, in my opinion, isn't much that detailed.

I like this, but with the Moon Lord, I don't know how this will fit into the game. And maybe change the headsword. Also, if you want it less like the moon lord, have him as an actual spirit of darkness, with everything being really dark.

I think it would be nice if you created a new world and went hardmode and spawned this without fighting The Eye or The Brain, he would appear as a full body and the bandage of cthulhu wont drop.

That would be tricky, going into hardmode without once fighting the Eye or Brain. Especially in expert mode.
