Game Mechanics Healing and cool-downs.

Hi.
As the title says this is about the healing cool-downs/potion sickness debuff.
Personally, I think it just needs to be buffed in favor of the player. This would really only make early game a bit easier, and not too much of an impact late game.

The pitch is really just this- I think it's unfair that a mushroom that heals 15hp needs a 60-second cool-down.
I feel there should be some kind of system put into place where the more the healing the longer the cool-down. Example being 15hp = 15 second cool-down.
I don't have any suggestions on as of equation you could use to just slap onto all of the healing potions. X health = Y time, or if it should just be based on the item with rarety/obtainability or the stage that it's used at. Early game being mushrooms and lesser healing potions to late game healing potions and greater healing potions.

Just think it would give early game a little less of an annoyance, and perhaps nerf late game healing methods if the time limit exceeds 60 seconds, though I hope that doesn't become the case as it seems fitting in those regions.
