Hi @ultimatepotato7, welcome to the forums.

Crossplay between Xbox 360 and Xbox One is no longer possible since they are on different versions now, and will never again be on the same version. The 360 will no longer receive updates, while the One will.

I added the Xbox 360 prefix to this thread since your profile indicates that’s what you have. If that’s incorrect, let me know.
