Help please

Some backstory, i just defeated the wall of flesh during a goblin invasion, teleported back to my base and now an enemy named Magus keeps killing me and when i kill him he just keeps respawning. i have thorium, tremour remastered and crystallium but after looking at all the enimies in these mods i cant seem to find him.i want to know how to get rid of him because he is making my game unplayable

Does he not disappear when you close the world?

no, but i figured out he is part of the goblin invasion even though when he is around the progress bar disapeared, thanks for trying to help though

Having this problem as well. He re-spawns almost instantly and can attack from any direction, including inside blocks. I too can say I was warned about an invasion right before he appeared. The problem is, wherever he is, the invasion seems to move away from him, making it nearly impossible to complete, effectively causing him to spawn almost obnoxiously and renders the game completely unplayable. Whatever it is, it needs to be nerfed, heavily.
