Mobile help setting up port forwarding for mobile device

Hi, I am trying to set up portforwarding for my daughter, using her mobile phone as the host device. I have successfully done this before but we just got a new modem and I can't get the new one to work. I am hoping someone can please advise me?

these are the options I need to fill in for the modem, and what I have:
Custom service name (my daughters name)
Service: Other
External host (here I have entered my daughters external IP - found by googling 'what is my IP'
Internal host: Here I entered the internal IP of daughters mobile phone]
Protocal: TCP-UPD
External port 7777
Internal port 7777.

When I try to check the port with 'portchecktool.com' it says it cannot find the port. Can you see if I am doing anything wrong? many thanks! Lucinda

Hi,
Are you able to provice screenshots of the router interface? It will make this a little easier.
The other thing to check is whether the internal IP of your daughters phone is correct - some routers are configured so that these adressess can change from time to time.

Yes, sure - attached. She just checked her internal IP again and it is the same, and it has not changed since when I set up the first port forwarding a couple of months back.
there is an extra option on the modem that I have not seen before, I'll also attach a show of that. thanks for your help :-)

That looks OK - what are the options for that 'Service' dropdown? And have you tried turning that auto port forward option off?

Hi, I just turned that auto port forward thing off, and tried testing again, but I still get this message:
Problem! I could not see your service on 180.222.164.69 on port (7777).
Reason: Connection timed out.
the options are:
dns
ftp
ftp-data
http
https
acmp
imap
amaps
ipsec
nat-loopnack
nntp
ntp
pop3
pop3s
smtp
smtp-auth
snmp-tcp
snmp-udp
ssh
ssmtp
syslog
telnet
imap

hope that helps

Hmm, it looks to me like you've set it up correctly. I'm afraid the only thing I can think of to try is to contact the support of the company that made your router. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.

thanks for all your help.
I'll contact them and see what they say.
