PC HELP! Terraria crashes whenever I create a character.

Suggestions:

1. If you are using an Anti-virus, please make sure it does not block Terraria in any way.
2. Try making sure your `Documents/My Games/Terraria` folder is not set to 'read-only'.
3. Try verifying integrity of game files via Steam.
4. Try updating OneDrive.
