Maps help with making a huge adventure map

I see, so you already have the whole octopus shape in place. So your goal is to make the whole place like one big neon light sign? `:D
 
yes kind of yes its just a decor for a dungeon i have planed and it will act as a light source with a small number of torches here and there
 
update 9/28/18: this has the engine for the lighting mostly done but not installed uploading to make sure there is a copy if something happens
