A horde of Banetalons circle around the abandoned village for fresh blood. Number: 20

 

[AVARUS ODIUM]

Nemesis opens a portal to this new world. He hops through, pulling out his axe and looking around.

”Brother… You’re nearby.. aren’t you?”

He turned on the thruster on his axe, and it began building energy.

He saw the banetalons circling around

”What in the are those things..? I’ve yet to see those on petrichor V…”

he looked around again

”is this even… petrichor V..?”

The banetalons take notice of Nemesis, swooping in and attempting to eat him!

 

[AVARUS ODIUM]

Nemesis swings his axe at the nearest one, cleaving it near in half.

He uses the charges thruster on the axe to dash forward and slice another very badly and then kick into the air and take another out.

He lands quickly and pulls out his back mounted minigun, folding the hammer onto the bottom of it.

He turned and faced the others letting loose a massive amount of bullets

3 Banetalons were shot down!

2 Banetalons swoop down in front of Nemesis.
4 more dove straight into Nemesis' left!
All other Banetalons fled for today.

Nemesis pulls out his axe from under the minigun and slams it, slicing one of the banetalons in half, and grounding the other.

He turns and swings, cleaving one to his left‘s head off and then putting his minigun to his back with the other hand.

His armor gets scratched by one of the others that he missed.

He grabs the wounded banetalon on the ground and chucks it incredibly hard at one of the other banetalons, killing the one he threw and crippling the one it hit.

He swings at the other. Cutting into it‘s stomach deeply and then pulling the blade out, leaving it to die.

He leapt after the final banetalon, grabbing it and somersaulting into the air , he landed on top of the other banetalon with it, in his arms, killing both and cracking the ground beneath them.

He brushed off his armor, put his axe to his back, and walked towards the buildings in the distance.
