tModLoader How can I make a Town NPC swing a sword?

            scale = 1f;
            item = Main.itemTexture[mod.ItemType("SturdyPick")];
            itemSize = 56;
        }

I have that but it gives me errors under DrawTownAttackSwing, Texture2D, itemSize, and Vector 2

any help is appreciated
