How do I change my forum name?

The User Guide has a section on that.
  • You may request a change of username with the Name Change Request option found in the Settings options on the left side of your Personal Details page. You may make up to 10 approved name changes; the proposed new names are reviewed by the Staff and may be rejected with a reason given. Name changes beyond 10 require contacting Staff Members by PM, and will rarely be approved.

Click on your profile name at the top and select Personal Details. That sidebar should be on the left.

Sorry if this sounds ignorant or out of place, but how do you change the title under your name, like "Terrarian" or "The destroyer"?

you really should just make a seperate post, but i'll answer it anyway ^^

on personal details you should see "Avatar : *insert picture here*" under that labeled "active Title" if you have the title you want to use you can just set it ^^
