PC How do I craft Bone Blocks?

What items are needed to craft Bone Blocks? I have plenty of bones and I'm able to craft bone furniture at the Bone Welder, and I can even craft Bone Block Walls, but not the Bone Blocks themselves. Am I missing something?
 
It's a bit goofy. You should be able to craft Bone Block Wall at the Bone Welder, then craft those into Bone Blocks. You can also place them directly with a Bone Wand.
 
I did craft some Bone Block Walls, but even after that the Bone Blocks weren't showing up in my craft window with the Bone Block Walls in my inventory.
 
Hm, I just checked this in game, and the wiki information is either outdated or wrong. The only recipe the Guide shows for Bone Block Walls is to craft them back into bone. I thought I remembered doing that in the past (probably in 1.2), but it doesn't work in 1.3. That would mean the only way to get Bone Blocks now is by using the Bone Wand.
