How do I fix Terraria crashes

This is what it leaves me with when I click single player or even go Via steam and try to join someone, i've uninstalled many times, Updated my pc, closed background apps, went to terraria files and deleted terraria and uninstalled and reinstalled it 2 times, how else can i fix terraria leaving me on this screen when i try to load up somthing

It looks like Terraria can't load your player files, which can be a result of OneDrive interference. Could you try following the steps in this thread?

Recently, there has been an influx of posts about a specific crash that occurs whenever you press Single Player, or any of the Multiplayer options. This crash causes a window to appear with the following error:
