Resolved How Do I Get Privileges To Post About Recourse Packs?

I Have Questions About Recourse Packs and I cant seem to have "Privileges" to post anything
All I want is to have my question answered and I want to know how I can get these "Privileges"

Are you sure you've opened any of the three sections to post in? You can't post outside of these, by the way.
