How do I know what the Item Keys are for each item? (language packs)

I am currently experimenting with language packs, and one thing that stuck out to me is that the name of items that Terraria internally recognizes is not the same as the name normal users see. Other than a blind guess, how do I know what terraria calls these? Thanks!

You can download the CVS file for 1.4.3.2 from An Eye For An Eye: Terraria x Don't Starve Together Crossover Update Launches Today!
Alternatively, you can decompile Terraria to see the JSON files, but that is probably unnecessary.

im not exactly sure what ur talking about so yeah this might not be a help but yeah for example u wanna change the magic mirror u would go

ItemName.MagicMirror (insert whatever u wanna call it here)
and for json files i cant help and not all things are labeled the item/npc/ect name theres a list of all localization in the ultimate guide just click on language pack i doubt i helped and i bet my writing made u confused but if i did then ok
