PC How do you add replace music in Terraria?

Before I say anything, yes I already saw how to do it in pre-1.2.
but there are new files...

Which one contains the files of the tracks, and what software should I use to open it?

That would be the Wave Bank file, as for the software I would not know.

The pre 1.2 guide by Sychosis still works perfectly today. I followed it around 1 month ago and I now know how to make custom music tracks. Your going to need XNA Game Studio though.
