tModLoader how do you get files from terraria?

Is there a way to grab code from vanilla Terraria and import it into tmodloader? really curious

Yes, you can use a program called ILSpy.

For TML you can use our 'setup' tool to do a full decompile (uses ILSpy), or you can download ILSpy yourself and then do a manual decompile. There are other decompilers, but ILSpy is the better one. For setup just run setup.bat and click 'Setup' (top left button)
