Xbox Series S/X HUGE Problem with Keyboard and Mouse Input Delay on Xbox Series S

I used to play Terraria on Series S before the huge input lag problem. I think there has always been a problem with input delay, but somewhere in 2023 I think it got worse. It's so bad now to where the game is basically unplayable because it takes what feels like more than half of a second for the cursor to catch up with my inputs. I love playing Terraria, so I would love it if this could get fixed. One fix that could work is adding a custom option to change the FPS cap. I play Minecraft on Series S, and I am able to get rid of 99% of the input delay by lowering my FPS to 50, which is still very playable and allows me to actually feel like I'm playing on a PC/Laptop.
