PC I Am Having System.BadImageFormatException 0x8007000B Error Please HELP!!!

Its my fav game and i can't play anymore i am trying to solve this problem FOR 1 MOTHS please help
-i tried to redownload some syswow64 and system32 files not work
-i tried deleting files then verify not work.
-i tried .net framework i dont why didnt worked.
I AM GONNA DIE I TRIED EVERYTHING I CAN
edit: steam original an i paid for it i want to play
