Mobile I bought the game in 2020 and now I can't play it because it was banned from my country.

I know this is silly but I bought the game in May 3rd 2020 terraria mobile and it was banned in my country, I don't know how long was that but can I get a refund or download the game without cracking it? I still have the purchase history.

Hi there @JohnLEmn, welcome to the forums. Sorry to hear of this. You'll need to contact the store where you made the purchase - Apple, Google, etc. They are the ones that handle all the payment transactions.

Sorry for bothering you, they emailed me: "However, this purchase does not meet our policy. If you need help with a purchased item (such as how to activate it), you should contact the developer directly for faster support." I very don't want to annoy anyone but it really nice if I could play what I bought in 2020 lol.

I’m sorry to hear that - they’ve given their answer then. In regards to a refund, they won’t give you one, as “the purchase does not meet their policy”. They are the only one that can give you a refund.

It's Vietnam. Edit: banned on mobile

though i do understand. there's a lot of game that are only made in other countries for example Pokemon in Japan is different from Pokemon in the U.S.

Ah no, it's the stupid rule that someone higher ups in Vietnam made and banned it.
