PC I can't create characters and worlds

Hey, please, can somebody help me with this one? I don't understand how to solve it %:sigh:
I'm tried to check all suggestions, but it still doesn't work (perhaps I'm doing something wrong..)

Nevermind, i figure it out, you just need to off "Real-time protection" in your Windows Defender
